Respawn Founder Talks Titanfall 3 Potential

Respawn Entertainment co-founder Vince Zampella discusses the positive reception to Titanfall 2 and whether a sequel may be in the cards for the titan vs. pilot game. To say that Titanfall 2 has had a rough road towards success would be putting things mildly. Yes, the sequel had the advantage of a multiplatform release on both Xbox One and PS4, but its release date put Titanfall 2 in a very tricky spot. Sandwiched between Battlef...

DOOM Directors Talk Potential Sequel Ideas

The history behind 2016’s first-person shooter title DOOM has been quite a long and winding one, as it originally began as the id Software-helmed Doom 4, the intended latest follow-up in the popular action game series. After releasing to the masses and being well-received by critics and consumers alike, the minds behind DOOM might be looking to take advantage of its yet-untapped potential and create a sequel. In an interview wit...

BioWare Dev Clarifies Mass Effect: Andromeda DLC Status

Over the last week or so there has been a lot of confusion regarding Mass Effect: Andromeda and whether or not the game would receive DLC. At first, a rumor surfaced that suggested any DLC plans for the game had been scrapped, but then official BioWare devs came forward to discredit the sources. But while BioWare did enough to discredit the source of the rumor, the studio did not refute its content. In fact, a few days later a m...

Move along, folks. Nothing to see here. Developers, fans, and the media are still recovering from one of the most eventful E3s in years, and it looks like the game industry is going to take July easy. Oh, sure, there are a few noteworthy releases on the horizon, but the month’s biggest title – God of War III Remastered – is a remake of a five year old game. Kratos looks better than ever, but you’ve played this one before. Still, there are a few gems hidden among this month’s slate...

Star Fox Zero Review

Star Fox Zero reunites gamers with its beloved cast of characters, and although it’s not always a smooth flight, there’s a lot to love about this new take on a familiar formula. It’s hard to believe that it has been almost ten years since the last new iteration of the series, Star Fox Command, made its debut on the Nintendo DS. While that portable title was enjoyable, fans have longed for a return to form from the franchise. For...
